Pet Odor Removal~When not to removal it.

Pet Odor Removal

Remove it or maintain it...which one should you choose?

This is not an easy choose, but this should at least help you know when to put the breaks on spending.

Recently I got a call from a client who had a huge Pet odor concern in the basement.

At first glance you didn't see anything, but the odor was obvious.

The key here is the Pet odor was not seen, the reason for this is 97% of the odor is not visible to the human eye. However upon closer inspection with a blacklight, the entire base lit up, revealing all the evidence.

What I mean is urine lights up under proper lighting.
Using a blacklight will tell EVERYWHERE the urine is deposited.

Now I could treat. But I had a delimina...Here's why.

In her case she had somuch I recommend cleaning it and treating it on a regular bases.

The reason for this is it would have cost her a future for me to guarantee results. I would have had to have her move all the furniture, saturate the entire 800 plus sq.ft. @ .85 per sq.ft.

That's not bad but, she was going to give her dogs and cat access to the area again, then I told her it would be a waste of money to do that, because it's just a matter of time before the pets would resoil the area.

She agreed and took my advice.

Now she has control, because she can get it done when the Pet odor builts up again. Plus I left her with some of my Pet Friendly For Odor.
