Pet Odor Removal Success!
Recently I recieved the following email from a new client. Here's what she wrote and my response.
Hello Bernice thanks for considering my products. I really think you'll find them helpful with the Cat Odor Concern you have. This was the message you sent me, my answer is below:
"My daughter had a cat in the mobile home I live in that sprayed multiple times on the particle board floors in the the rooms (They seem to be saturated down deep). I tried three small bottles of a product from the local feed store in my bedroom and it did not work. Can your product do the job? I'm thinking I might have to rip up the floors. Thank you."
Bernice you'll need to SEAL IT, what I mean by that is if you know that the particle boards are saturated with old urine, you need to block it out by creating a sheild! What you'll need for that is a Alochol Based Shellac. You will cover the COMPLETE AREA where the cat made the deposits.
When you do that, it will seal out that urine odors forever! (But only that area). You need to be sure that you got it all. The best thing to do it get a black light it makes your job easier, because it reveals were the urine deposits are.
This is key!
You can borrow one, buy it or get in The Ultimate Pak. The Ultimate has a Pet Odor Remover, Pet Stain Remover, Pet Waste Clean up, a Syringe & Black Light all in one kit. It has Everything you'll need!
If carpet is involved you must seal the backing too! But be careful.
This will be treaty because if you use tomuch it will seep through to the face fibers, and of course this will make it hard. So be careful!
Now that all is treated with the shallac, then apply Pet Friendly For Odor on the face fibers to destroy the surface odor. Then clean it after you done these steps. That will get you the results Professional Pet Odor Specialist.
